I have nothing really to report here except for some short hilarity and a feature from the #RedlinePlease group!

As for the "hilarity"... well, it's not SUPER funny, but humorous nonetheless. I sent in my order to Nikon to get the D7000. I did it through an Employee order form which goes directly to Nikon. Seems like there's a delay with the ordering as the camera is on back order. I ponied them:

Yep. When they told me that it could be 6-8 weeks before the camera could be shipped, I sent them an image of Pinkie Pie crying her face off.

Brightened up my day a little, despite the fact I'm without a camera for at least two more months... *sigh*...

Although, I'm going to be shipping out my current camera to a friend of mine to be fixed. Hopefully it's nothing to serious and I can at least get my D60 back. Cool thing, though, is that work is allowing me to borrow/use the Shelf Display cameras we have, including the Nikon D3200 and D5100 (which has already been used for a few of my recent shots here on DA.) At least for a couple events that are coming up that I need a camera for, I'll be able to get one. Woot!
